- Communication Skills
In many conferences, there is always one delegate whose hands shake the first time they speak. They often rush through their speech, hoping the 60 seconds will end quickly. Yet by the end of day two, that same person usually speaks with far more control.
This improvement happens not because they suddenly become skilled, but because they are pushed to try again and again. Here lies the real value. Communication grows through repeated small moments, not one dramatic speech. And such progress would never appear if delegates simply sat quietly.
